EIGHT WEEKS PROGRAM — COMMENCING ON 2nd MAY 2019!

This gentle workout class (five weeks program) is great for people who‘ve never done Pilates previously or for students who have perhaps taken only a few classes in a gym. 

These Pilates classes are a great introduction to Pilates Principles, which will be applied through all of our exercise, so you can achieve the best possible outcome. The key objective of these workout classes is to build core strength, address existing injuries and prevent strain, as well as improve your breathing and movement integration.

I'm certain that you've heard this before: "I'm fit and strong, but my hamstrings are tight, and I can't touch the floor anymore!" 

This class will address the most commonly known areas of tightness for men e.g., overused hip flexors, tight hamstrings or rounded back to name a few. This workout is perfect for any man who wants to work on their precision and power.

REMEMBER -- Joseph Pilates was a man and his workout program was designed for men.

SUITABLE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

These Pilates classes are suitable for injury-free clients that are ready for a challenge. Our instructors will often use a small apparatus (thera-band, magic circle, foam roller, gym balls, spiky ball, yoga block and strap) to add a bit of variety and resistance into your Pilates repertoire. 

The key objective of these fitness classes is to improve your strength, balance and build a stronger and more flexible body.

CHALLENGING WORKOUT WITH A RESISTANCE BAND -- COMMENCING IN JULY 2019!

Our clients love challenge. This class is the perfect workout for people who's been doing Pilates for two or more years. In this class, we'll be using a band which enables you to have a constant tension on the muscles. This makes exercises feel harder than e.g., lifting a weight. 

To be able to enjoy this class, you have to know how to use the stabilising muscles to keep the oppositional pull on the band; improving coordination at the same time. 

This class is challenging as you have to be able to maintain tension on the band throughout the workout.

CUSTOMISED PROGRAM FOR YOUR NEEDS

This is a perfect one-on-one Pilates class for people that would like to better understand their current fitness level and progress to the next level of fitness. In the first session we'll conduct a Fitness Assessment that will determine and document your strength and range of motion. This way we'll be able to design for you a well-balanced and individualised program.

On-site Pilates classes run for one hour and are recommended for 8-10 participants at a time. Our corporate mat Pilates program is designed for 8-10 weeks term. This block of Pilates classes is the most effective way that your staff can incorporate Pilates exercises into their day-to-day life.


Note

All our mat Group Pilates classes are recommended for clients that are reasonably fit with no major injuries. Each workout class is run in a sequence (within Pilates movement categories) to provide an opportunity for a complete integrated workout, equally addressing your appropriate areas and needs.
