What is Pilates?

The emphasis in Pilates is on developing a strong core, increasing coordination, improving your breathing and body alignment. As a result, you’ll increase muscle strength and tone, endurance as well as mobility and flexibility.

Two things to remember —- patience and persistence are crucial qualities in Pilates exercises.

Rome was not built in a day — and you won’t be either.

If you correctly perform the exercises, over time you will reflect more grace and balance in your daily activities. With regular practice, you'll reach the ideal stage of being unconsciously competent.

Change happens through movement. You just need to start.
