Move well. Stay strong. Feel capable.

Meet Kat

Hi, I’m Kat, a Pilates instructor and studio owner based in Geraldton. I’ve been teaching for more than 14 years, helping people build strength, confidence, and ease in their bodies through calm, considered movement.

I’m a certified Pilates teacher with Polestar Pilates Australia. I’m a proud member of the Pilates Association Australia (PAA).

I’m a wife, a dog mum to Dutch, and a tennis player, supporting kids from the Wheatbelt with confidence both on and off the court.
