Terms and Conditions

Bookings

All classes and private sessions must be booked through our online booking system (Squarespace Scheduling/Acuity).

You can book, change or cancel your classes online at any time through your Active Pilates account.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class and notified by email and/or SMS.

If you no longer wish to attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and private sessions.

  • Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the class start time will not incur a charge.

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time will be charged at the full class rate.

  • No-shows will also be charged at the full class rate.

Cancellations and booking changes can be made online through your Active Pilates account.

Class Passes

Five-Week Beginners Program

Your Five-Week Pass is valid for five weeks from the start of the program.

If you miss a class, you may attend another group class during the program period, subject to availability.

10-Class and 20-Class Passes

Class passes are valid for three months from the date of first use.

We recommend booking classes in advance to secure your preferred class times.

Class reminders are sent by email and/or SMS before each class.

Payments

All classes and class passes must be paid for before attendance.

Payments can be made securely online by credit card or PayPal through our booking system.

Refunds

All class passes and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or injury, pass extensions may be considered at the discretion of Active Pilates.

Referral Program

Refer a friend to Active Pilates and receive one free class when your friend purchases a 10-Class Pass.

The free class is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bad Weather

In the event of bad weather, classes may be relocated to an alternative venue.

We will notify you by SMS and/or email as soon as possible with the updated location details.
